While the music industry doesn’t have the biggest footprint of all the industries in the world, it may have the biggest reach of any industry in the world. If fans will change the way they dress or the way they cut their hair because their favorite artist does, maybe fans will adopt simple solutions to environmental crises. Presentation will introduce music industry climate impact and how to reduce it. Four musical examples are given including Franz Shubert (Trout Quintet),
Ludovico Einaudi (Elegy for the Arctic), Chris Hutchings (Let them Not Say), Antonio Vivaldi (Four Seasons).
