My research program focuses on (1) social, environmental, and economic sustainability of different types of agrifood systems (e.g., certified organic production); (2) pest management decision-making (tree fruit, walnuts, potatoes); (3) adoption and diffusion of agricultural innovations (e.g., biological control practices, biodegradable agricultural plastics; reduced risk pesticides); and (4) community-based agrifood systems (e.g., farmers markets). |
