SERDP Solicitations for FY 2018 Funding

The Department of Defense’s Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) is seeking environmental research and development proposals for funding beginning in Fiscal Year (FY) 2018. Projects will be selected through a competitive process.

SERDP Acting Executive Director Dr. Herb Nelson and Deputy Director Dr. Andrea Leeson will conduct an online seminar “SERDP Funding Opportunities” on November 4, 2016, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. ET. Pre-registration for this webinar is required.

2017 New Faculty Seed Grant Program is now open

Researchers, scholars and artists who have been appointed to a junior level faculty position no earlier than May 16, 2013 are encouraged to apply. A total of $200,000 has been allocated for the 2017 New Faculty Seed Grant Program. Individual grants may not exceed $30,000 and proposals for smaller amounts are encouraged and considered equally competitive.
